Requires urgent medical intervention.<\/li><\/ul><p>Some methods to alleviate symptoms include:<\/p><ul><li>Ensure plenty of rest and sleep. Drink plenty of fluids.<\/li><li>Eat a high-protein, high-vitamin diet.<\/li><li>Apply warm compresses for pain relief.
